Focused Knowledge
Lawyers cannot be effective advocates if they spread themselves too thin. At George & Joseph, we have chosen to limit our areas of practice. This allows us to stay abreast of the law, to give each case the attention it deserves, and to be responsive and accessible to our clients.
Mr. George concentrates his practice almost exclusively in criminal defense, with emphasis on drug cases, violent crimes, sex offenses and other serious felonies.
Mr. Joseph’s primary focus is medical malpractice and personal injury litigation and major criminal offenses, with a long record of favorable verdicts and settlements on behalf of clients. Attorney Daniel Joseph also handles auto accidents, workers’ compensation, as well as wills and estate administration.
A Reputation for Success
Colleagues and Judges have recognized us for our skill and tenacity in fighting for clients. Criminal prosecutors, insurance companies, and attorneys have a healthy respect for our thorough documentation and preparation for trial.
We offer a free, confidential consultation. In personal injury or medical negligence claims, we take no attorney fees unless we recover compensation for you. We also accept most major credit cards for representation in your criminal case.
